Micro 3 channels receiver with high sensitivity
KUR-400DEF

Outline
  • This is a micro three channels high sensitivity receiver for the various transmitters for tapping.
  • It is the double super-heterodyne system and a crystal oscillation element is used for the local oscillation circuit that makes very little phase noise so that it is extremely high sensitive to receive a very small sound such as a voice in a whisper.
  • It is a small and light weight receiver to be hidden in a palm and very convenience to carry. It is very simple in operation and can receive a wave at once upon one touch action.
  • For a speaker is built in, many people can hear simultaneously and it is available to substitute for an earphone in touch an ear directly by low down of volume.
  • The audible distance is extended by 1.5 times in use with a Yagi antenna.
  • It is possible to record for a long time in connection with a recorder built in a voice record starting system sold in the market.
Directions
  • Insert the helical antenna provided into the antenna terminal of the front and move the knob of the small slide switch indicating "ON" "OFF" on the side toward to "ON" by which the receiver is ready to receive a wave. Turn the volume knob (VOL) of the front to adjust volume. No sound to be heard if an electric wave is not sent or the channel is chosen wrongly and the place where a transmitter is installed too far.
  • The switch to choose a channel is placed on the opposite side of the power supply switch and fit the mark of A B C which is suitable.
  • Insert an earphone into the hole placed by the side when it is used.
  • For automatic recording combined with a transmitter for a telephone, a sound starting transmitter for tapping and a recorder equipped with voice start recording function sold in the market, put the provided recording cord into the earphone terminal of the receiver and the terminal of the external microphone of the recorder. In this case, volume to be adjusted to the position that is heard ordinarily by an earphone.
  • Don't place the both of the receiver and the recorder closely. If the receiver and the recorder are placed closely, put a piece of paper or cloth between the both for isolation. If it is not isolated, it may not be recorded normally.
  • For exchange of a battery, slide backward the cover of the battery chamber of the rear side so that batteries are found. Don't misplace the polarity of the battery. Two U5 batteries are used and if an alkali dry cell is used, it can be used for further longer period.
  • Nothing to hear by an earphone, if a electric wave is not dispatched or the channel chosen is wrong. Don't remain to place the volume knob at the maximum position in case of no sound because of a powerful sound hits one's ear and hurt when it works

Notes
  • When the receiver is not used, please be sure to off the battery switch and take out the batteries if it is not used for a long period and if not, it may damage the internal parts due to leak of liquid of the batteries.
  • Since the inside structure is made with precision component parts, please don't drop it or twist strongly. When put in or put out of the antenna, please do as slowly as possible holding the both sides of the root with fingers in turning to right and left.
  • When set the power supply switch or the switch to choose a channel, please move it softly. If strong power is applied, the switch may be damaged
